Annular psoriasis. Communication of one case.

ABSTRACT
The psoriasis is a papulosquamous skin disease, characterized by a relapsing and variable clinical features. It showed hiperqueratosis and epidermal hyperplasia. The HLA-Bw17 and HLA-B13 are histocompatibility antigens most associated. The occurrence is any age and sex. In Mexico the prevalence is 2 percent. Clinical morphology in skin lesions of psoriasis describe difference types; plaque, guttata, annular. The Skin biopsy show typical changes. The therapeutic not is specific although with goods results. Clinic case: Female 44 years old with history 18 months of evolution with dermatosis characterized by erytema, scale, liquenification and infiltrate border.
