ABSTRACT
Hypertrophy of the labia minora of the vulva is a rare disease, with the highest incidence in puberty, but it can occur at any age. Depending on the size of hypertrophy it not only causes local discomfort, but also makes sexual relations difficult and triggers behavioral problems. A patient with a history of slight cerebral palsy, with symmetrical bilateral hypertrophy of the labia minora of the vulva is reported. She underwent a labiaplasty with no complications, with a satisfactory outcome in the clinic and psychological aspects.
