ABSTRACT
The coccidiomycosis that spread beyond the lungs is relatively rare and when produce meningitis increases the probability of death in these patients, that is why reach quickly the diagnosis and make a good therapy is essential and crucial in this etiology. We report a case of a female infant that was admitted with neurological signs of meningitis where the clinical signs and neuroimaging led to make a coccidioidal meningitis diagnosis, and the definitive diagnosis was with a flexible endoscopy and meningeal biopsyREFERENCES
