ABSTRACT
Alloplastic Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) reconstruction is indicated when mandibular function has loss due to TMJ dysfunction and other clinical treatment has done and fail, bilateral TMJ replacement are indicated when normal occlusion and mandibular contour are loss. This is the case of a 54 years old female patient with an open bite secondary to a traumatism with a condyle who receives a total bilateral TMJ replacement.
