ABSTRACT

Pancreatic pseudo cyst is a rare complication which develops after an episode of either acute or chronic pancreatitis being alcohol related chronic pancreatitis de main cause. This entity may remain asymptomatic or develop devastating complications. Despite not having a classic clinical presentation it can be easily diagnosed with the use of US or CT when suspected, however its treatment is still a dilemma among endoscopic drainage, surgical drainage and percutaneous drainage.
