ABSTRACT
We present a 25 years old patient, with a history of high blood pressure since she has 17 years. At physical examination the patient's femoral pulses were present with a little retard. In auscultation, a III/VI ejective systolic murmur was found. We suspect an aortic coarctation and decided to perform an aortic angiotomography that allow us to corroborate the diagnosis.
