Dear members of our College:

The new board of directors that will head the Mexican College of Anesthesiology during the period 2005-2007 takes office today. A formidable challenge lies ahead, but you can count on the experience, commitment and enthusiasm of all of us, members of the new board of directors. The road that we should follow has been outlined by our predecessors, is clearly drawn and has a fundamental aim: to promote our College by providing professional, academic and scientific support to all our affiliates, who are our main interest and the essence of our association.
