therapeutic interventions have been tested, so that, we decided to conduct this study in order to
update the knowledge primary care professionals should have about the treatments to be applied
by them. These include: glucocorticoids, antimicrobics, antiseptics, antifungal, analgesics, antiinflammatories, local anesthetics, alkaline mouthwash, immunomodulators, immunosuppressants,
drugs to reduce stress, nutritional supplements, antiparasitics, antihistaminics, cytoprotectives, laser
radiation, pentoxifylline, colchicine, chloroquine, estrogens, phytotherapy, levamisole, acupuncture,
digitopuncture, auriculopuncture, propolis, homeopathy, antiviral drugs, lysozyme, cromolyn sodium
(Intal), zinc sulfate, sulfone, nonspecific immunoglobulins, debacterol, dalargin, plasmapheresis,
cellulose bioadhesive patch, shark liver oil, dapsone, low density ultrasound, rebamipide,
amlexanox, nicotine replacement therapies, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, silver nitrate and a diet free
