Dysgerminoma anaplastic ovary with trophoblastic component

ABSTRACT
Dysgerminoma represents 1 percent of malignant ovarian tumors and 40 percent of cancers germ. This article reports the case of a 48 year old whom that goes to “Centro Estatal de Cancerologia “Miguel Dorantes Mesa” in the city of Xalapa, Veracruz, due to paraneoplastic syndrome and abdominal pain. There have been studies in which extension is detected depending on pelvic tumor at a left ovarian tumor markers are requested and decide surgery on the patient, being a mass of 6 cm, with histopathologic tumor with component germinal dysgerminoma and other components germ (embryonal carcinoma and endodermal sinus tumor) and immunohistochemical study of dysgerminoma ANAPLASTIC with trophoblastic component. Subsequently treated with chemotherapy with a good prediction.REFERENCES
