ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with clinical variation and evolution. The etiology of psoriasis is unknown although its origin is considered multifactorial like ambient, immunological and genetics. Infections, medications and stress are considered the most important ambient factors. Psoriasis is a serious illness and is very important avoid the tendency to sub estimate it. Changes in hepatic structures including hepatomegaly are described in psoriatic patients but it is controversial if these changes respond only to psoriasis or also due to the intervention of others factors like previous treatments or others. In this article are described three patients with previous diagnosis of Hepatitis C and further apparition of cutaneous psoriatic lesions.REFERENCES
