ABSTRACT
Squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant tumour of epidermal keratinocytes. It is the second most common skin cancer and it is usually found in exposed areas of the face and extremities. Clinically it is manifested as nodular tumours, ulcerative or vegetans. We present a patient with a history of unstable scars post-burns in the region of the back, appearing from these ulcerated whith pathological diagnosis of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and infiltrating. Exeresis of the total tumour was done and the patient is followed by consultation.
