ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 42 years old female patient who referred having a “little ball" on her back for over a year. It had been rapidly increasing in size over the past three months, accompanied by the expulsion of an abundant brownish fetid secretion. Physical examination confirmed the presence, in the posterior thoracic region, of a large tumor, ulcerated and with plenty of dark and fetid secretion. Excision of the tumor was performed and, according to the anatomical pathology report, it was diagnosed as grade II pleomorphic liposarcoma. We decided to have this case published based on its rarity. It is the second diagnose of this type in the province.REFERENCES
