ABSTRACT
In the clinical course of malignant tumors between 1 and
10, 4 % of them present cutaneous metastases, so their
presence is considered to be a synonymous of a quick
disease progress with low survival rates. In males, the
tumor that most often produces cutaneous metastases is
lung cancer and in females it is breast cancer. It is rare
for skin metastasis to be the first manifestation of the
tumor, being breast carcinoma the one that most
frequently antecedes these events. In the case we
present, skin metastasis was the first manifestation of
underlying primary breast tumor.
