ABSTRACT
The myelolipoma of the suprarenal gland is a rare, benign and inactive endocrinologically tumor. The histological structure is formed by adipose mature tissue with cores of haematopoyetic cells. Most of the reported cases are asymptomatic, small and discovered incidentally. We present the case of a female patient whose diagnostic was established clinically because of pain and then corroborated by imagenology studies. It is presented the surgical management as well as the postoperative evolution. It is made a review of the clinical characteristics of such tumors, its profile by image study and the treatment alternatives.
