ABSTRACT

A 42- year- old male patient with delusional parasitosis and other cognitive disorders was presented in this paper. Several clinical manifestations were observed such as broken personality and psychotic functioning. Dermatological examinations were done, as well as, pathological ones. The results showed that the patient presented Ekbom syndrome.
