ABSTRACT
Cardiomyopathies are defined as primary myocardial disease and occur in both children and adults. A 15- year- old patient with restrictive cardiomyopathy was presented in this paper. This disease is one of the less common of all cardiomyopathies, and represents about 5% of all. Treatment is aimed at improving congestive symptoms due to the frequency of thrombi, atrial fibrillation and dilation. The most of patients is treated with anticoagulants.
