ABSTRACT
Dyshidrosiform pemphigoid is a localized variant of bullous pemphigoid. It appears as a vesicular eruption with serohemorrhagic content on the palms and/or the soles, similarly to the dyshidrotic eczema. Most of the patients show a good response with low-dose oral corticotherapy.
We present the case of a 54-year-old male who was admitted with vesicular lesions on palms and soles, which had not improved with topical corticotherapy. He was treated with low-dose corticoterapy with complete remission after two weeks.
