ABSTRACT
This paper deals with the actual condition of adolescent patients born prematurely years ago. We follow these patients thorough their maturation process until they reach their adolescent condition. We must point the difficulties that such evaluation implicates due to the fact that the medical management of premature babies has dramatically improved during recent years. We hope these changes will benefit adolescent patient in the near future.
