ABSTRACT
Chest pain is an unusual cause of consultation in primary care pediatrician or emergency services, the trend compared with the adult creates great anxiety and concern in both the child and parents, who often do synonymous with cardiac involvement, These research studies show a trend that shows the rarity of cardiac problems in pediatric patients presenting for consultation or emergency department with chest pain. There are multiple studies in which similarly has been shown to have weight and idiopathic causes in pediatric musculoskeletal and cardiovascular causes in addition to the information management in these patients reduces anxiety and excessive spending only with adequate resources examination and a complete exploration of the patients.
