ABSTRACT
In this paper, we present briefly the medical record of a patient who suffered of esophagic hiatus hernia, when he was endoscopically examined, at the esophagic gastric union, we observed a small tumor. When this patient was treated surgically, through gastrostomy the esophageal tumor was easily removed. histologically, the tumor was hemangioma, rare benign tumor of the esophagus. Twenty years after of the first endoscopy, we observed a normal esophagus.
