ABSTRACT
The attention and care that migh be needed for persons who suffer chronic degenerative deseases, demands a constant attention of the primary keepers, who in most cases live through different spheres of their life many changes. That's the reason and the aim of this investigation, to know the emotional process that lives a primary kipper and the changes that this implied in to the familiar, social and labor level. Three persons participated as keeper of a relative with a chronic degenerative disease which were interviewed and applied with a semistructured interview. The results show that two of the participants perceive important changes their daily activities due to the readjustments that they have done. Only in one of interview were not identified changes in the familiar, social and labor routine. One concludes that the social and a labor factor play an indispensable role in the care of the persons with chronic degenerative, nevertheless, the familiar aspect is the most important factor because it represents the principal support to confront the disease, however, the family aspect takes on added important, cause in the family people get physical and moral support the burden of caring for a person with a disease of this type, reducing physical and emotional consequences that may be generated during the process.
