ABSTRACT
The present abstracts of The Continuous Medical Education section in general pediatrics were choosen in the congenital malformations and embriopathies area. Ther first one is dealing upon a case trisonomy 13 with a congenital cardiopathy and stresses about the most frequent clinical data. The next one concerns the hidden and forgotten prenatal hypophysis doing the histological description of sella turcica and hypophysis in an 18 weeks human fetus with unilateral oral-ocular fissure combined with cleft lip and palate founding that the sella turcica was not normal but showed as an open tunnel in caudal sense in different facial malformations as holoprosencephaly; nose and palate malformation are presented in another phenotypical deviations in the sella turcica and hipofesis region which was notdescribed before in the malformations of the face including the cleft lip and palate. The third article deals about an embriopathy related to tolune (resistol) putting on guard the physicians upon the potential harm by the exposition to different chemical substances during the prenatal stage. The fourth one goes around the Hirschsprung’s disease, a congenital alteration by back of nerv cells or ganglionar cells in the bowel intramural plexus; The next one concerns the congenital mesoblastic nefroblastoma, the genetic and tomographic aspects. The authors underline that is the most frequent solid tumor in the neunotal period. Another ones refere to a vesico-uterine fistulae and congenital agenesia the cervix with atresia with of the intrahepatic biliar ducts, frequency og congenital malformations in the neonatology of the General Hospital of Mexico arterio-venous malformation in a newborn and the last one is about a rare congenital malformation.
