ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to present some of the events that I find meaningful in the history of social community psychology occurred in the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala. It pretends to bring the information given by the witness to the construction of history, their experiences constituted from the implication, being a student and teacher in a school product of the decentralization project of the university and that therefore proposed formative novel models and incorporated to its faculty recent graduates. The institutional university academic discourse found life in the scientific proposal of behaviorism; it was promoted as professional identity for the scientific psychologist and the novelty of the proposed curriculum: the modularity that set aside all criticism. In terms of the organization emerged modalities to institute the tension and unconformity of the professors: the recognition of the areas as academic and administrative functions that made possible the existence of a hidden curriculum and the permanent call to the change of the curriculum. Moreover the roles taken by the professors, administrates and authorities are derived from the theoretic loyalties that assign the personnel to different groups and that contribute to the creation of meaning of the institutional logic in this case the predominance of the univocal thought and the exclusion of the diversity. At first you will find the context in which the working model rises in the then novel curriculum of psychology, later it is described its place within the applied module and finally the objectives derived from this proposal are exposed. In the second part the moments of crisis as well as the institutional limitations that facilitated the disappearance of the model are presented. The principal theoretic contributions that set the authors of the new paradigm inside the international debate are brought into debate. This is a paper that establishes an order to the construction of the sense, from the time composed by the memory, that tries to explain some experiences from the relation with the institution, and, that shows the difficulty of adapting the syllabus of the course to the expectations of the population and to the interests of the student. The most significant moments of this particular way of working are recreated.REFERENCES
