The results showed that respect to the position assumed and gives each gender, cultural burden significantly influences in shaping individual sexual identity and the concept of responsibility that each person takes in their sexual practices; result showed that young people frequently establish a relationship of incongruity between their beliefs and their practices. It is concluded that the responsible behavior of students who participated in the discussion group, is defined by a set of values and beliefs on what they have understood how to be responsible, which comes from the way they have assumed their identity as men and women in relation to their biological status and social attributes of such condition.
