ABSTRACT

Within malignant liver tumors are hepatocellular carcinoma, metastatic lesions and primary liver sarcomas, among these the corresponding Angiosarcoma of 0.1% to 2% of the latter are few reported in the literature, in addition with high mortality, reporting between 35 to 100% post-mortem. This time describes the case of a man in the seventh decade of life, who developed liver failure without conventional risk factors in our population in the development of liver cirrhosis, and definitive diagnosis of hepatic angiosarcoma.
