ABSTRACT
The body of Knowledge changing and growing, almost impossible to retain in memory of the doctor as much information, which complicates the decision-marking based on evidence, when one is in direct patient care for better decision marking regarding prevention, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. Based on this, to have a better quality of information in the clinical record to reduce the possibility of error and therefore medical claims.The emergence of new technologies such as tablets and “smart phones” have different medical programs that allow this and that internationally in United States and Spain, they already have 2-3 years using this technology, with implications important in the quality of care. That is why the importance of knowledge and usefulness of that technology, which is a useful tool in marking decisions, but not replace the knowledge they must have the clinical, his training and the reasoned application of information.
