ABSTRACT

This is a review paper which deals with the primary dental eruption process in babies. Begins with a historical overview and specially with the aggressive and nonsense practices of dark ages. It continues with an up to date consideration of the facts that are now under the scientific scope and ends with the basic concept that this is a physiologic condition, not associated with any other disease.
