ABSTRACT
A male 15 years old patient with diagnosis of Ollier’s disease and severe distal left femoral deformity. He was operated several times to correct the malaligment. Finally, the patient was treated by a triplane distal femoral osteotomy fixated with a retrograde distal femoral intramedullary nail with adequate aligment and osteotomy consolidation. The retrograde distal femoral nail is a good fixation option for this osteotomies in a maturity skeletal patients with Ollier’s disease.REFERENCES
