ABSTRACT
This is a case of a female patient with ectrodactyly, a rare malformation of hands and feet that can be related to other anomalies. The most frequent is the triad Ectrodactyly, Ectodermal Dysplasia, and Cleft Lip – Palate. It can also be associated with ungueal dysplasia, skin, and lacrimal conduct, among others. It has been described as an autosomic dominant pattern but in this patient there is no family history.
