ABSTRACT
The cardiac tamponade is a complication of pericardial effusion where the collapse of the right cavities secondary to increased intrapericardial pressure decreased cardiac conditions and shock has multiple causes and almost all the causes of pericardial effusion may condition this entity, however there are no common causes for the development of tamponade such as hypothyroidism and more when the tamponade is the presentation of this then described a case report and review of the literature.
