Results: A total of 220 surgical cases were reviewed, the most common complication was post-op-bleeding transoperative blood transfusion was only needed in one case (0.45%). The pathology recurrence caused by technique failure was found in 3.6% mostly related to the surgeon inexperience. Conclusion: Functional endoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses is well tolerated. It has a low complications incidence: less than 10% of the cases. Technique failure is less than 3% of cases.REFERENCES
