ABSTRACT
National and international experts gathered in order to analyze the current treatment for haemophilia in Mexico and to compare it with its management in other countries. The aims are collecting proposals which will lead to homogenize the clinical guidelines and recording demonstrating cases. These ones will provide basic epidemiological information to take decisions and distribute the resources according to a comprehensive programme of control of cases, coordinated by several attention and analysis centres. This document presents the first results about the review of the current management in Mexico and abroad.
