ABSTRACT
Medicine is nowadays living a deep ethical and moral crisis. In the specific context of the medical practice, the physician-patient relationship has switched to an inhuman situation that is disliked by society. The medical technology advances are running faster than the comprehension of their ethical implications. Euthanasia, human reproduction and the modification of human genetics are feasible now. The physician plays and important roll in this panorama, consequently it is necessary to help him to face these ethical-medical situations. This paper is the result of my ethics teaching experience to medical students at the fourth grade in medical school. I am not giving solutions, nor suggesting an ideal ethics program. I am transmitting my experience, suggesting alternatives and giving some ideas in order to improve the teaching of medical ethics that is essential to the medical students.
