ABSTRACT
The incidence of acute coronary syndrome is high in the emergency services and is important that all the physians have the basic knowledge about the complications of this pathology and its therapy. This article is focused in the importance of the rhythm alterations after myocardial infarction. information like the incidence, physiopatology, risk factors and actual therapy are the most important themes of this article.REFERENCES
