ABSTRACT
Cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis is an inflammation of the small caliber vascular walls and may represent a paraneoplasic lymphoproliferative process at skin. We report the case of a man of 37 years old who entered to the department of internal medicine at the Hospital Angeles Pedregal by the presence of a disseminated dermatosis which affects upper and lower limbs, trunk, abdomen and genitals characterized by purpuric spots. He presented also an erythematous infiltrated plaque on the other side of left forearm. Biopsies of both lesions corroborating leukocytoclastic vasculitis and mycosis fungoides. The association of leukocytoclastic vasculitis with malignancy has a prevalence of 5%, for this reason a malignancy should be suspected in all patients that have it.
