ABSTRACT
The efficacy in advances in sharp metabolic complications for diabetic patients has brought about a logical result, which helps patients to have a longer life, in such a way that the development of belated complications such as diabetic foot has suffered a geometrical increase, and are of great concern to plastic surgeons. In this work the primary differed wound closing is proposed as an efficacious treatment for diabetic complex and seriously infected feet wounds, which will help diabetic neuropathic patients, that consist of a radical debridment, continuous cure, in order to get a good quality granulation tissue, autografting and shaping special footwear for the patient. All of this, associated to a good and adequate metabolic control by the internal physician.
