ABSTRACT
Melvin and William wrote and reported about impaired visual accomodation secondary at use of Chloroquine (Cq), this manifestation is not frecuently.The present report described a patient that presented ophthalmologic side effect after took (Cq). It is a forgotten complication, our objetive will be to show a case report in a male with lupus and we will review side effects of (Cq).
