ABSTRACT
The main point for those countries worried for the occupational health it is focused on the present factors of the workplaces and its repercussion on the workers' health. As time passes, it has become much more difficult to keep workers health; it is due to new ways of work with different risks, use of many other substances, and increase of the number of exposed workers. This fact becomes more evident if we study the allergic pathologies of occupational origin. Pathologies generated by irritating or allergic substances must be catalogued within the Spanish legislation as professional diseases. It is said in the Royal Decree 1299/2006 (10/11/ 2006, mainly for the followings groups: in group 1 (caused by chemical agents), group 4 (caused by inhalation of substances and agents no included in other 4 sections), and group 5 (diseases of the skin caused by substances and agents no included in other sections). So, the revision will focus on the allergic pathologies of greater interest in the occupational scope: occupational respiratory allergies -asthma, rhinitis, alveoli and bronchial hypersensitivity-, occupational dermatologic allergies –allergic dermatitis-, and other allergies of interest in occupational medicine –mucous occupational allergies: ocular allergies.REFERENCES
