The colonorectaI cancer is a serious disease of a big impact. This article is about different radiologic imaging modalities used in the early diagnosis and management of colonorectal cancer such as Double-Contrast Barium Enema, Virtual Colonoscopy and the Positron Emission Tomography. It exposes characteristics, procedures, techniques, and diagnostic accuracy of each one.
