ABSTRACT
The endometriosis is a suffering common of the women menstruates. Is considered that it arrives of 15% of women premenopause they present some endometriosis grade. The clinical square can vary from a complete absence of symptoms until an acute abdomen. Some the suggestive symptoms are premenstrual pelvic pain, cramps in inferior abdomen (commonest), infertility, dysmenorrhoea, dispareunia, and bled uterine abnormal. The place commonest of intestinal endometriosis it is at level of the rectum-sigmoides, continued by the colon proximal, small intestine, appendix and cecum. To make a diagnosis of intestinal endometriosis by noninvasive methods is very difficult, it requires a high index of suspicion and consideration of this possibility. The next is a clinical case in the Hospital Carlos Luis Valverde Vega.
