ABSTRACT
We report the case of a 67-yearold female who suffered from metabolic síndrome, nonalcoholic chronic hepatic disease in whom it was diagnosed a autoimmune hemolytic anemia secondary to metastatic of unknown primary site. The principal issues around this disease are reviewed in this article.
