Results: first stage showed 316 procedures , the level initial efficiency global was 64.57% (Figure 1). Second stage it demonstrated that 320 documents, with the next results of efficiency level global of 87% (Figure 1). The efficiency level for each activity in the first stage was 66 %, and it was the best results and the second one was 86.9 % (Figure 2). The efficiency level for each case in the first stage was 63%, and the best result was in second stage with 87%, from 320 observations 45 had 100% de efficiency (Figure 3). Conclusions: the knowledge of the efficiency level for administration orally medicine, permits control, evaluation and establishments programs to obtain a better quality of care nursing. It was obtained from the results of the auditing documents process, the elaboration of one standard as interventions that it described from the first stage, to showed that the results obtained a general increasing, the first stage level of compliment it wasn’t acceptable and second stage obtained level regular compliment.
