ABSTRACT
Epidural block is a commonly used anaesthetic technique. Neurologic complications are the most frequent complications associated with this technique. We describe a case of a female patient who developed paraplegia after epidural block secondary to air accumulated into the epidural space. This complication is not frequent with the use of the technique. This is the second case in the literature.
