Uso de tramadol como analgesia postoperatoria en cesárea

ABSTRACT
Introduction. Nowadays has been a challenge to control of postoperative acute pain by the anesthesiologist and the surgical team, divers scientific methods has been used, one of them is opioides use by differents vias. The aim of this study was to compare 2 administration techniques of tramadol in cesarean postoperative: intravenous tramadol 100 mg versus peridural tramadol 100 mg to control postoperative pain a its side effects.
Methods and Material. Clinic controlled assay of obstetric patients undergoing cesarean. The evaluation pain vas with analog visual score (VAS).
Results. A total 40 patients were included, in two groups of 20. in the experimental group degree pain was more al 4,8 hr (p=.002 and .008). There were not differences in hemodinamic variables neither side effects. In conclusion. Increase the sample is advisable.The analgesia provide by intravenous tramadol is apper better than peridural.
