ABSTRACT
It is important to distinguish anal cancer from anal margin cancers. These tumors have different epidemiology, risk factors, natural history, and treatment. Tumors of the anal canal account 2% of gastrointestinal malignancies, with an estimated 3,400 new cases per year in the United States of America. We present a case of a old woman with alteration in the intestinal habit secondary to cloacogenic carcinoma
