ABSTRACT
The sclerosing cholangitis is a cholestasic chronic disease characterized by patched inflammation, fibrosis and stenosis. The primary is the most common. The severity varies from asymptomatic to biliary cirrhosis. The characteristic image in the biopsy is onion skin fibrosis.
