Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia: a rare reaction to tattoo

Currently, skin reactions to tattoo are not uncommon and several histological patterns are described. It is presented a case of a male patient of 51 years old with multiple papular warty lesions that arisen on his tattoo after a refinishing with red gouach. His histopathological examination revealed a rare pattern of pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.
