ABSTRACT
The liposarcoma is a rare malignant neoplasm originated from the mesenchymal derived of fat tissue and the most common sarcoma of soft tissue located in the retroperitoneum. It could reach big size dimensions. Is a slow growing tumor and the most common symptom is an unspecific abdominal pain and abdominal perimeter enlargement. The treatment is a complete surgical resection.
