ABSTRACT
It’s called neurosyphilis the effect on central nervous system (CNS) by Treponema pallidum, and includes both the clinical manifestations it entails (symptomatic neurosyphilis) and those cases that do not cause any symptoms (asymptomatic neurosyphilis). The forms of presentation of neurosyphilis include various patterns from the point of view temporary and clinical point of view. We review the case of a 56-year-old male patient with known hypertension which query box for 4 months for the evolution of disorientation in the three areas associated with changes in behavior, attention deficit, hipoespontaneidad verbal bradilalia and major alterations to the function executive.
