ABSTRACT
Nowdays, many pharmacological options revolutions the obstetrician’s world. The cervical ripening and delivery labour induction have taken strength respect in the last century. In many women, the delivery labour start spontaneously an it finishes with the vaginal birth at term or near. Nevertheless, the women need the cervical ripening and delivery labour induction due to obstetrics an medicals complications. This methods have the interesting potential about the maternal and perinatal advantages. The porpouse is to get a vaginal labour and to avoid the caesarean.
